Site work and paving for a road / highway in Gonzales, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Scope of Work: Construction of a Roundabout at the intersection of Braud Road and Germany Road in Ascension Parish as part of the Move Ascension Program. Instructions to Bidders: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Ascension Parish Purchasing Department, clearly labeled with the project name, project number, and Louisiana Contractor's License Number. Bids may be hand-delivered or uploaded to www.centralauctionhouse.com. A copy of the bid bond must be attached to electronically submitted bids. The original bid bond must be received at the office no later than 48 hours after the bid opening. All changes, amendments, and clarifications will be posted online. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each Bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the opening. The Parish reserves the right to disqualify bids if the submitting entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the state.
