purchase and install new flooring in the Health Unit East Building. The services provided will include all items in the scope of work. The Contractor shall provide all the labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the work listed in the scope of work attached. 1 .The project will be per Ascension Parish Permit Guidelines and Inspections. 2 .Any questions concerning the project must be routed through the project manager. 3 .The vinyl flooring shall be Sojourn 20 Mil 7x 48 Color Compass 7,420 Sq./Ft. 4 .The visqueen shall be 1000 sq./ft. Color Black 8 Rolls. 5 .The Cove Base Series 700 Coils 6" Black Cove Base. 6 .Powerhold Style PH5500 Cove Base Adhesive. 7 .Schonox US 50 lb. Color 50lb. 8 .Schonox SL Style 10lbs.
