Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: 139 LF 12" HDPE Pipe Burst 318 LF 12" HDPE Open Cut 4 EA Reconnect Water Service 2 EA Remove Gate Valve 2 EA 6" WM Plug 0.15 AC Clear and Grub 318 LF Remove Storm Sewer Pipe For this project we will accept only online electronic bids through online. Instructions for online bidding are included in the Project Specifications. For electronic bids, electronic bid bonds will also be accepted through Surety 2000 using project # 9839966. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The Council will consider such bids in the Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2025. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. All questions regarding the Plans and Contract Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Additions, revisions, corrections and/or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted by the Engineer
