Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: 1 EA Watertronics Watermax 7000 Booster Pump Station w/ Enclosure 4 EA Central Controllers 76 EA 1" Full Circle Gear Driven Rotor 82 EA 1" Part Circle Gear Driven Rotor 13,015 LF 2" HDPE DR 13.5 4710 Pipe 300 LF 3" HDPE DR 13.5 4710 Pipe 1,400 LF 4" HDPE DR 13.5 4710 Pipe 5,462 LF 6" HDPE DR 13.5 4710 Pipe The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
