Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Henrico, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 35,500-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to obtain from interested contractors ("Applicants") their applications for prequalification ("Qualification Statements") so that the County of Henrico, Virginia (the "County") may establish a list of contractors prequalified to submit proposals to act as Construction Manager at Risk on the New Social Services Building project (the "Project"). Question Deadline 09/19/2025 at 11:59 PM All inquiries requesting clarification of this Request for Qualifications should be made in writing, via email, to Oscar Knott at kno008@henrico.gov. The estimated construction value for this project is between $20,000,000 and $22,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project is a new Social Services building of approximately 35,500 square feet. The facility will include a lobby/check-in area, conference rooms, interview rooms, visitation rooms, offices, open workstations and support spaces. All inquiries requesting clarification of this Request for Qualifications should be made in writing, via email, no later than September 19, 2025 to Oscar Knott at kno008@henrico.gov.
