A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Work consists of repairs to an existing 50/10 Detention Basin and approximately 200 linear feet of full channel restoration and realignment for an un-named tributary to Stoney Run. The project is located on two parcels owned by Henrico County (GPIN: 744-752-0175 & 743-752-7765). The total limit of disturbance for this project is 1.23 acres. The site is located to the northwest of the intersection of Ridgefield Parkway and Cox Road. Sealed bids must be submitted through Henrico County's electronic documents web portal ProcureWare. Demolition and debris removal shall occur per the locations identified within the plans. Debris removal shall include removal of the existing guardrail in specified locations, existing pipe end sections, principal spillway pipe fragments, existing fence, and on-site riprap. All debris shall be disposed of in accordance with local and state regulations.
