Question Deadline 10/13/2025 at 11:59 PM ET Direct any questions concerning the Project Manual and Drawings in writing through the Questions function in ProcureWare. The intent and purpose is to establish an annual contract(s) with a qualified Contractor(s) to provide the construction of Stream, Wetland, and Outfall Restoration projects throughout Henrico County. The intent of this Contract is to provide for furnishing sufficient labor and equipment, delivering goods and services, and maintaining adequate material on hand to respond to the County's need for timely completion of the Work as provided by Task Assignment. This Contract is to be in accordance with Task Assignment plans and sketches and accompanying Special Provisions. This renewable On-Call contract will serve as a cost-effective and timely response contracting method when the County anticipates the need for a variety of goods or services for specific purposes; however, the actual demand is not known, and delivery of the goods or services is made when a requirement arises. Work on this Contract is to be performed, completed, and accepted within Task Assignment time limits and within the Term of the Contract. The intent and purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish an annual contract(s) with a qualified Contractor(s) to provide the construction of Construction of Stream, Wetland, and Outfall Restoration projects throughout Henrico County. The County reserves the right, at the County's discretion, to award this contract to multiple contractors. These Task Assignments will be assigned to the Successful Bidder by the County Department of Public Works Representative for the period of one year. The contract may be extended for two additional one-year periods at the discretion of the County. The locations and estimated costs of the various Task Assignments are unknown; therefore, no guarantee can be made as to the number or size of the Task Assignments that may be assigned under this contract. Quantities shown on the Unit Price Bid Sheet represent relative magnitudes of anticipated work types but are not to be construed to represent the amount of work to be done under this contract. These values are to be used only for the purpose of evaluating bids.
