Description

Renovation of a military facility in Huson, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide removal and disposal of the existing HVAC system, and installation and equipment for a new HVAC system for two tree coolers located approximately one mile from the Ninemile Ranger District in Lolo National Forest. This is a firm fixed price requirement, and the Government is seeking a total price to make the tree coolers functional; labor hours will not be accepted. A site visit is scheduled for September 17, 2025, at 9:00 am MST, and vendors should report directly to the tree coolers, not the Ranger Station. This requirement is set aside for small business vendors. All quotes must remain valid for 90 days. Questions are due to Sarah Cotton at sarah.cotton@usda.gov by September 18, 2025, at 12:00 pm MST, and final quotes are due no later than September 22, 2025, at 5:00 pm MST. Period of Performance: 09/30/2025 to 12/29/2025
