Union County Public Schools East Union Middle School Renovation New Atlantic Contracting will accept sealed bids for this project, located in Marshville, NC, from Prequalified 1st Tier Trade Contractors only. HUB contractors/suppliers are encouraged to participate, including in 2nd tier opportunities to work with Prequalified 1st Tier Contractors. If necessary, a Re-Bid is scheduled for Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 2:00pm (EDT) at the same location. This is a CMAR project. The CMAR and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
