Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Marshville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Replacement of the existing high school athletic field with a synthetic turf system, replacement of track surfacing, soil stabilization and drainage improvements, fencing, and site infrastructure upgrades as required. o Total Bleacher Capacity: Minimum 2,800 o ADA accessible Press-box o Footprint of existing fieldhouse structure is 6,100 sq/ft. o Track is 6 lanes with BSS 200 system or equivalent o Field Events include shot put, discus, long jump, pole vault, and high jump. Owner desires consolidation of events and/or integration into the "D" zone, as feasible. o Purchase and Installation of a greenhouse adjacent to the stadium o Location of ticket booth(s) to be determined during schematic design. Location: 701 Old Highway 74 Marshville N 28103 Estimated Budget: $5,750,000 RFIs Due: 11/05/2025; 2pm EST * Proposals received after the submission deadline will be deemed nonresponsive.
