As of February 09, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. A. Dredging and maintaining existing wastewater storage lagoons to restore capacity for use as equalization. The bio-solids quanties that can be removed have been estimated to be as follows B. East Pond: 712,166 gallons; 5.1% solids for 156 tons Dry Weight C. West Pond: 1,019,152 Gallons; 5.3% solids for 232 Tons Dry Weight D. additional information and details of sampling is found in Appendix A. E. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals necessary to complete all work required by the Contract Documents to furnish and install all work as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. F. Complete the Work, in place, tested, and ready for continuous service. Perform or provide repairs, replacements, and restoration required as a result of damages resulting from construction operations. G. Furnish and install all materials, equipment, and incidentals, which are reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents, or not. EPA MBE/WBE participation goals: MBE 10.9% WBE 10.4% All questions related to this bid shall be submitted in writing to lrudd@withersravenel.com prior to 5:00 PM local time on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 to receive consideration.
