**As of December 03, 2025, the owner has selected a general contractors. A timeline for construction estimated bid window mid-2026.** The Hughson Unified School District ("District") is seeking proposals, from qualified and experienced general (B licensed) contractors, for construction of the planned modernization of Hughson High School ("Project"). The RFP includes contact information for the District representative who is authorized to respond to written questions about the RFP and the Project. The deadline for submitting questions is 12:00 p.m. (noon) on September 22, 2025. The District reserves the rights to (i) waive minor irregularities in the procurement process or any proposal and/or (ii) reject any or all proposals. If the initially selected contractor does not timely execute and deliver the required agreement forms, the District, in its sole discretion, may negotiate with contractors having the next highest best value rankings, in the order determined by the District in accordance with the RFP.
