Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jamestown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; parking garage; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

SED #06-17-00-01-0-007-010, 06-17-00-01-0-014-013, 06-17-00-01-0-005-020, 06-17-00-01-0-017-017, 06-17-00-01-5-021-005 Capital Improvement Project Phase A - Contract A01: Sitework Prime Contractor (SC) Project Description: Project consists of alterations to the Lincoln Elementary School, Persell Middle School, Jefferson Middle School, Washington Middle School, and Jamestown Bus Garage within the Jamestown City School District. Scope includes: 1. Washington Middle School: a. Parking lot replacements; tennis court renovations; exterior door replacements; and exterior site security improvements, security window film. 2. Persell Middle School: a. Mechanical systems replacements; Roof replacement on a portion of the building ; Interior renovations of bathrooms; Electrical systems replace all H.I.D. with LED fixtures; Plumbing system water heater and water service; exterior site security improvements, security window film. 3. Lincoln Elementary School: a. Interior flooring & door replacement; Kitchen & bathroom renovations; New exterior kitchen cooler; Sidewalks, small parking lot, exterior stairs and ramps, replace exterior building lights, exterior site security improvements, security window film. 4. Jefferson Middle School: a. Parking lot replacements, adding a drop off loop with ADA parking by the softball fields, sidewalks & track resurfacing, loading dock stair replacement; door replacements and exterior site security improvements, security window film. 5. Bus Garage: a. Replace exterior man doors & overhead doors; parking lot replacement and bus lift replacement. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Owner can assume no responsibility for errors, omissions or other misinformation via other bid document distribution resources. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of bids and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. The project goes over 2026 and 2027, starting in later Spring for both, mostly over the summer months for work.
