Specifications have been filed by the Board of Contract and Supply for: Val Bialis Recreation Center Snow Making Contract #2 - Plumbing No bids shall be received after 3:30 p.m. on the date set for receipt. Bids shall be addressed to the Board of Contract and Supply and be endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the bidder and the title of work to which it relates. Sealed bids shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid security in the form described in the Instruction to Bidders, and shall include all the required bid forms, affidavits and statements.
