Change out sewer line - Replace sewer line. Facility Address: 315 French Rd. Utica N.Y. 13502 Point of Contact: Jimm Bell SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. The Contractor shall perform the following work: 2. Replace the existing 4-inch main sewer line from the house to the road with a new line of the same diameter. 3. Call Dig Safe to mark underground utilities prior to excavation. 4. Obtain all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. 5. Perform all excavation work required to access and replace the sewer line. 6. Backfill and compact all excavated areas. 7. Repair or replace all asphalt and concrete surfaces damaged during the work, including but not limited to: 8. Road surfaces 9. Sidewalks 10. Driveways 11. Fill any holes or trenches with topsoil and seed to restore the area to its original condition. 12. Remove all debris and materials from the site. 13. Perform all necessary testing to ensure the new sewer line is functioning properly. 14. Obtain final inspection and approval from local authorities. 15.
