Description of Work: The Project generally involves upgrading/constructing 207 ADA compliant wheelchair ramps at various locations city wide in preparation for 2026 Pavement Maintenance Program. The scope of work includes the design and construction of the new wheelchair accessibility ramps, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and the removal and replacement of asphalt concrete pavement adjacent to ramp locations. Question Deadline 10/09/2025 at 11:00 AM PT Bidders must submit questions or requests for information concerning any part of this bid in writing to the City via online portal. Each bid must be accompanied by an electronic pdf copy of a bidder's bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate amount of the bid The Contractor's Faithful Performance Bond shall be for 100% of the contract amount. The Contractor's Payment Bond shall be for 100% of the contract amount.
