Reference Number 0000302248 Question Acceptance Deadline Oct 15, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum 1.Work of this Contract includes but not limited to the following: For GOC5934454 AHU#5 Replacement: The project scope of work consists of but not limited to, the replacement of AHU#5 (MMS # 5530490-30-050-008) and the connected outdoor DX unit. Contractor to provide a fully functional product and material based on the requirements outlined in the tender documents. BAS monitoring points shall be integrated with the building's BAS. Refer to 01 11 33 - 1.3 for BAS information. For GOC6342998 Boiler Replacement: The project scope of work consists of but not limited to, the replacement of the existing gas-fired boiler in service at the garage building (MMS # 550490-20-070-003) with an electric one. Contractor to provide a fully functional product based on the requirements outlined in the tender Documents. BAS monitoring points shall be integrated with the building's BAS. Refer to 01 11 33 - 1.3 for BAS information. Bidders to provide bid breakdown per each GOC#. Both projects to be awarded to one compliant bidder. Following requirements apply to both projects above although separate project documentation where required are to be submitted per each GOC project number: Contractor to submit and obtain SMOP (Specific Method of Procedure) approval from Consultant and BGIS, prior to commencing work at site. Furnish all labour, materials, equipment, tools and supports as well as supervision to provide a complete installation, tested and in working order, as shown on the drawings. The contractor shall perform the work stipulated in the contract and any or all contract changes and change directives, and shall furnish, unless otherwise provided in the contract, everything necessary for the proper performance and completion of the work. All work shall be fully tested, commissioned and in good working order at time of hand-over to owner. Make good any damages to existing equipment and/or system(s). Coordinate work and working hours with the owner and other trades to minimize disruption. All work shall be completed once adequate protection of adjacent spaces has been installed. Contractor to ensure minimal dust creation during work. Provide caulking and firestopping for all mechanical and electrical services passing through fire separations. Maintain Fire separation integrity where disturbed. GC to ensure all penetrations, holes & gaps created by this project are sealed with required fire-stopping. Ensure completed work follows the most stringent and current applicable Code Requirements.
