The City of Mt. Shasta (City) is seeking qualifications from firms to provide design services for the pavement rehabilitation of Lake Street between Mt. Shasta Boulevard and Rockfellow Drive (0.5 miles). The City, subject to City Council approval, intends to award a contract, for services to one successful consultant or team. The successful Firm will enter an Agreement for Professional Services with the City. Please refer to APPENDIX B for sample Agreement for Professional Services. The outlined scope of services is provided as APPENDIX A. In the performance of its work, the consultant represents that it (1) has and will exercise the degree of professional care, skill, efficiency, and judgment of consultants with special expertise in providing engineering design services (2) carries all applicable licenses, certificates, and registrations in current and good standing that may be required to perform the work; and (3) will retain all such licenses, certificates, and registrations in active status throughout the duration of this engagement. The City may reject as non-responsive any submittal that does not include the required documents referenced herein.
