Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Shasta, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing up to +-1,490 feet of 12-inch water main, +-7,135 feet of 8-inch water main, +-781 feet of 6-inch water main, +-1,320 feet of 4-inch water main, +-450 feet of 2-inch water main, +-4,000 feet of water services, and 26 private water service reroutes; installing two pressure reducing valve (PRV) stations, ten fire hydrants, and other water system appurtenances; and performing +-95 field compaction tests. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids will be on a lump-sum/unit-price basis. All bids shall be evaluated on the basis of the Base Bid amount.
