Golden Eagle Charter School Inc. Board of Directors (GECS) is seeking a qualified Design-Build Entity (DBE) to construct its new K-12 building at 1030 W A Barr Rd, Mt. Shasta CA. The project under this RFP constructs a 24,000+- square foot single-story building. The building generally consists of multi-use rooms including adequate space for administration and proper functional classroom spaces. The building should reflect up-to-date architecture. The site improvements generally consist of parking area, approaches, fencing, landscaping, and concrete hardscaping and utility connections.
