Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Mount Shasta, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
As of October 24, 2024 this project was not et been awarded, project is expected to be awarded o the November 20th regular council meeting. The Project generally consists of the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roofing on the Mount Shasta City Park Upper Lodge building. Contract construction must be completed no later than April 30, 2025. This project is a public works project as defined by the California Public Contract Code and is subject to State prevailing wages. This project is not subject to Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.
