JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR CHP DUNSMUIR GRADE CVEF. The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Janitorial Services. Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, "Scope of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. Question Deadline 02/17/2025 at 10:35 AM PT Bidders shall submit questions via email to Ms. Tessa Gomez at tegomez@chp.ca.gov. Following the question submission deadline, the CHP will post a summary response of the questions and answers to be viewed on the original solicitation on the online titled "Questions and Answers to IFB 24C147003. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 with one (1) one-year option to extend by the state. The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays.
