The project includes removal of the existing meter and installation of a McCrometer Model 394S Full Profile Insertion Mag Meter with ProComm transmitter, stainless steel components, and a 25' submersible cable. Work must be completed per manufacture specifications to include calibration, signal testing, and integration with plant systems, and comply with all County safety and disposal requirements. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County. Proposed equivalents are subject to County review and approval. Removal and Installation o Remove existing flow meter (Serial Number: FP19-0231) o Install the new meter using manufacturer-supplied mounting hardware o Connect new meter to existing system using 25' submersible cable o Ensure secure fit and water-tight connection using the provided valve and nipple o Install and configure ProComm transmitter o Calibrate system and verify proper flow measurement in both forward and reverse directions o Perform full operational and signal output test (4-20mA loop) o Verify communication with plant SCADA or data acquisition systems (if applicable) Installation Personnel o Installation must be performed by a trained and authorized technician o Includes all travel and mileage costs to and from the Northeast W.T.P. site General Requirements o Work Schedule: Work must be scheduled in coordination with the County and completed during normal working hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:00AM-3:00PM EDST, unless otherwise approved. o Safety Compliance: Contractor must comply with all County safety standards and site access protocols. o Waste Disposal: Contractor is responsible for proper disposal of the removed equipment and any jobsite debris. o Warranty: Minimum 2-year warranty on the flow meter and associated components, per manufacturer terms.
