Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tn of Nocatee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving St. Johns County and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of SJC Davis Park Renovation Phase 1 and 2. The project consists of renovating the existing five (5) ballfields and expanding the existing parking lot. The work includes: earthwork, underground drainage, paving, athletic ball fields, irrigation, landscaping, fencing, concrete, signage, and athletic equipment. The RFI deadline is January 13, 2026. Please submit RFIs to comest@whartonsmith.com. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required.
