Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The purpose of this IFB is to solicit Bids from qualified Bidders for the construction of intersection improvements at Colonnade Drive and Preservation Trail Intersection in St. Johns County, Florida. Improvements include but are not limited to: reconstruction of roadway, installation of new curb ramps, sidewalks, and pedestrian features, mast arms, lighting, conduit, pull boxes, controller cabinet, vehicle detection, signalization and any additional work shown in the plans. The intersection must remain fully signalized throughout construction. All Work for this project shall be performed in accordance with FY 2025-2026 edition of the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the FDOT Design Standards and Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices ("MUTCD").
