Alanton Elementary School RTU Replacement - The Project consists of the construction of The replacement of two roof top units serving the gymnasium. There will be ceiling, roofing, electrical, mechanical, and structural retrofitting required to install these units. . A. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. B. Plumbing: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. C. HVAC: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. D. Electrical Power and Lighting: +Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. E. Fire Alarm: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. F. Telephone: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. G. Security System: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. H. Owner will remove or protect the following items before start of work: 1. shelving ,furniture, books and supplies, any wall hung art, markerboards, etc Bid Bond Required Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Doc.Note- Bidding Documents will be available Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Physical copies of drawings and specifications may be obtained from Dills Architects with a deposit check made out to Dills Architects in the amount of $150.00 per set. A minimum shipping and handling fee of $25.00 per set will be charged for those contractors who wish to have their sets mailed. Cash deposits will not be accepted. No partial sets will be distributed. Upon returning bid documents to Dills Architects, postage paid, in good condition, free from markings, within ten (10) calendar days after the date of receipt of bids, full deposit will be returned.
