This project involves the demolition and removal of existing features, installation of a new asphalt parking lot, asphalt ADA walkways, sport court installation, utility installation, amphitheater, site furnishings, storm water management facilities, landscaping, lighting and associated grading and earthwork. Questions Due Date: Oct 3rd 2025, 10:00 AM EDT Questions Online Portal The undersigned agrees to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to construct and complete within (270) calendar days Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. (including those under the General Conditions which provide for the payment of liquidated damages to the owner, hereafter set at $500.00 per calendar day, The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
