Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Spring City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 7,000-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a 33,000-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Spring Ford School District is seeking sealed bids for the renovation of approxi- mately 33,000 square feet of the Spring City Elementary School, a 7,000 square foot addition, and significant site work in Spring City, PA. The project will consist of five (5) Prime Contractors including General Contracting, Mechan- ical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection. The last day to submit a question is by EOD 3/29/2024. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid bond in the amount of 10% of the base Bid submitted, made payable to the owner, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into contract in accordance with contract documents and submitted Bid. Work will begin after receipt of the signed contract from the Owner. The anticipated award date is April 23, 2024. Pre-construction and submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. The onsite work will begin on the premises no later than June 18, 2024. Owner requires all work to be substantially by August 12, 2025
