As of May 10, 2023, project was awarded to Asphalt Maintenance Solutions, LLC, awarded amount is $224,889.60 The forms are available at the Township Office Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM for $50.00. A certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid payable to East Vincent Township must accompany all bids. The successful bidder must provide the Township with 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, Liability and Worker Compensation Insurance Certificate. The Township reserves the right to reject any bid. Sweeping of roads prior to material application is the responsibility of the bidder. Clean-up of any excess/loose material - must be vacuum swept within 30 days of completion. 1 20 lbs. No, 8 agg./ sq. yd. First Coat 20 lbs. No. 8 agg./ sq. yd. Second Coat Asphalt application rate shall not exceed .77 E3M gal./sq. yd. Unit 5 Price Installation of double coat Bituminous Surface Treatment on various township roads (#8 first coat).
