Site work and paving for a road / highway in Spring City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contract No. 1 The project consists of the following: Approximately 3,750 Sq. Yds. of milling of existing bituminous surface, construct approximately 350 tons of Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 9.5mm, PG 64-S-22 Bituminous Wearing Course, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESALS, SRL “Lâ€D, 1.5â€D depth, complete in place. Contract No. 2 The project consists of the following: Approximately 820 Sq. Yds. of milling of existing bituminous surface, 35 tons of Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, PG 64-22, 19.0mm leveling course and 50 tons of Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 9.5mm, PG 64-S-22 Bituminous Wearing Course, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESALS, SRL “Lâ€d, 1.5â€D depth, complete in place. All work must be completed on or before October 31, 2023. Liquidated damages will be applied at the rate of $300.00 per calendar day for each day needed to complete the Project beyond the October 31, 2023 deadline.
