The Work consists of all labor, equipment, and materials for mobilization and demobilization, demolition, removal, and disposal of un-needed materials, installation of a temporary odor control system and piping complete in-place, installation of a new air scrubber system, new control system, electrical and control wiring and all appurtenances, as needed, for a complete and functioning system, new concrete pad, water supply, utility relocation as required, site restoration, appurtenant work, site cleanup, and removal of temporary facilities. Questions Due Date: Oct 2nd 2025, 5:00 PM EDT Questions Online Portal Estimated Contract Value: $700,000 - $750,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to the Authority along with an Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance and Payment Bonds will be provided to the Bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids. On request, Owner will provide Bidder access to the Site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations relative to excavation and utility locates. QA: The Contractor is responsible for providing temporary power to the temporary odor control system. Temporary power can be installed at grade provided that: 1). Cables are protected from damage using cable protectors; 2). Cables are supported to protect them from damage; 3). GFCI protection is provided where necessary; 4). Proper grounding is provided; 5). Rain tight construction is utilized and; 6). Temporary power system is regularly inspected and documented as well as end of day inspections. Contractor shall provide temporary power details during the shop drawing submittal phase for review
