Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morristown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 84,602-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.

Bids shall be submitted in writing, using the forms provided by the Architect. Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts: Roof Work. As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms. All Requests for Information (RFI) shall be made in writing, via US mail or email only, addressed to: Ashley Architects, 125 East Jefferson Street, Syracuse, New York 13202. Attn.: Peter Clough pclough@gymodpc.com and Beck Bruno. Question Deadline 09/22/2025 If deemed necessary by the Architect, questions will be answered via a written Addendum sent to all Bidders. Questions will not be accepted orally in conversations or over the phone, and any non-written responses to such shall not be deemed valid. Doc note: A compact disc (CD) of the Contract Documents will be available in electronic format (.pdf files) to be purchased by prospective bidders for a non-refundable cost of $49.00 for each disk requested. With either method, this is not a deposit, and no refunds will be made after purchase. After purchasing the files prospective Bidders may obtain paper copy prints of the documents, full set or partial set, at their own cost from Plan & Print Systems, or by taking the disk to a printer of their choosing. Cash is not acceptable for Contract Documents. Partial sets requested, shall be obtained by interested parties, at their cost, with no money returned. CHECKS RECEIVED WITHOUT TELEPHONE NUMBER, FAX NUMBER, AND SHIPPING ADDRESS SHALL BE RETURNED PLANS AND SPECS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO POST OFFICE BOXES. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within thirty (30) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. 2. Main Building Scope of Work. The scope of the proposed project consists of building work at the Main K-12 Building. Building work includes renovation of the kitchen, cafetorium, band room, stage, loading dock and gymnasium. Scope also includes and OT / PT Room and music/chorus room addition. The scope also includes the installation of new electrical switchgear and electrical work related to the addition. Site work includes improvements related to the addition, sidewalk replacement. Stairwell coating at two locations and milling and replacement a portion of the asphalt parking lot. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a multiple prime contract. a. Project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts. See Division 01 Section MULTIPLE CONTRACT SUMMARY for a description of work included under each of the multiple contracts. 1) Contracts for this project are listed in ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS, and shall be bid on separate BID FORMS
