Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Simsbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Includes reconstruction of the existing parking lot with associated curb, drainage, concrete sidewalk with ADA compliant curb ramps, retaining wall, precast stairs, and other appurtenances. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including non-discrimination statutes. To be qualified to bid, any prospective bidder must be appropriately prequalified by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services. Submitted bids by any entity not so prequalified may be rejected. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive defects in same if it be deemed in the best interest of the Town of Simsbury.
