Reference Number 0000302410 Pricing Lump sum The RM of West Interlake is accepting proposals to provide cleaning services for five municipal buildings within the area of Ashern. The contract is for a three-year term. Term: 2025/10/01 01:00:00 PM EDT - 2028/09/30 01:00:00 PM EDT The Cleaning Services Contractor shall provide labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning supplies necessary for the performance of cleaning services for the Municipality, the particulars of which cleaning services are shown on the following Schedules attached to this Agreement. Note: The RM of West Interlake will supply paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soaps for the Municipal Office only. Schedule A Centennial Hall Schedule B Wellness Centre Schedule C Municipal Office and Council Chambers Schedule D Sharptail Park Schedule E Public Washrooms Specifications Schedule F General Conditions Where deficiencies in cleaning are noted by the municipality, the Chief Administrative Officer will note the deficiencies by letter or email to the Cleaning Services Contractor.
