Site work for a water / sewer project in Ashern, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Remediate existing 24’ public boat launch. Install a hard-surfaced public boat launch at The Narrows, Manitoba. The required permits for work adjacent to and within Lake Manitoba will be supplied by the RM of West Interlake. The pre-fabricated concrete panels, clean limestone, cable, connectors, and panel separators will be supplied by the RM of West Interlake at no cost to the contractor. Contractor is responsible for all survey requirements to install the boat launch according to the engineered design. The boat launch will consist of connected pre-fabricated concrete panels with clean limestone surround. Work includes removal of existing concrete panels, excavation, and regrading of the in-situ foundation material to achieve the desired longitudinal grade and a flat cross section. Removal and disposal of existing concrete panels and excavated in-situ materials are included and all materials must be stockpiled at the Oakview Transfer Station dump site off Sigurdson Rd located at GPS Coordinates 51.052396 -98.634863, approximately 12.89 km east of the Narrows Boat Launch parking lot along Hwy 68.
