Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
SELCO Service Area Warehouse Roof Replacement The work includes the furnishing all equipment, supplies, materials, supervision and labor, including all other incidental services necessary to perform the work as set forth in the Scope of work. Scope of Work: Remove existing roof-2 layers Legally dispose of all debris Install 1/4" tapered polyisocyanurate insulation mechanically fastened to wood deck to help improve water drainage. Install wood blocking around perimeter to accommodate height of insulation Fully adhere .060 TPO, over insulation Installation includes flashing around curbs, pipes Install TPO up the brick walls and terminate underneath the existing edge metal Install .040 aluminum, White, edge metal around perimeter of roof Insulation Add 5" base layer to get R30 average insulation value per code, if required prebid desp- Attendees must bring their own personal protection equipment, including hardhat and eye protection for use during the site visit. Question Deadline 09/25/2025 Requests for clarification or interpretation of any item in the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to Taryn Maddocks via email tmaddocks@shrewsburyma.gov at least five (5) calendar days prior to the bid opening, addressed as follows: Subject: Clarification on SELCO Roof Replacement, SELCO will only answer such requests if received per the foregoing schedule.
