An award will not be made to a Contractor who is not pre-qualified by the Department prior to the opening of Proposals A Proposal Guaranty in the amount of 5% of the value of the bid is required. MADOT: Flood Relief on Route 20, Grafton Street (Route 122) Interchange to Flint Pond Question Deadline 10/07/2025 at 3:00 PM ET: Prospective bidders are required to submit all questions to the Construction Contracts Engineer by 3:00 P.M. on the Tuesday of the previous week before the scheduled bid opening date.
