To bid and perform Work covered by these documents, the Contractor must be licensed under Classification IV - Municipal and Public Works Construction. The Contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten (10) days of the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids. Such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. All bids may be held forty-five (45) days.
