The city of Hagerstown's water department is seeking pricing for fence and gate installation at pump station Question Deadline 09/15/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Should any Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the documents or be in doubt of their meaning, he/she should at once request, in writing, an All inquiries should be directed, in writing to Tyler French (Procurement Administrator) at tfrench@hagerstownmd.org SCOPE OF WORK: o Furnish all labor and material to install approximately 42' of Black coated, 8 gauge chain link fence, along with double drive gate. o Fence to be 6' high. (no barbed wire) o 1- 10' wide x 6' high black double drive gate with strong arm latch, and industrial offset hinges. o 1 5/8" SS-20 black coated top rail, and center bracing. o 2" SS-20 black coated line posts. o 2 1/2 " SS-20 black coated terminal posts. o 3" SS-40 black coated gate posts. o All posts to be set in concrete approximately 10' apart. o Site visits can be made at any time. All proposals must be named "b1861.26 (name of firm) - fence and gate installation." the city of Hagerstown will not assume responsibility for any proposals that are submitted late or incorrectly.
