Brief Project Summary: Exterior building refurbishment including but not limited to: soda blasting, primer, paint, cmu joint repair, cmu crack repair, cmu window lintel replacement, sheet metal panels along with all appurtenances to complete this project. Scope of Work: Refer to the attached photographs. All attachments are considered a part of the contract. 1. Base Bid (west side): The contractor shall furnish and install all items shown and noted on the photographs along with all appurtenances to complete this project. Scope of work description below, _ Soda blasting is required on the exterior surface of the west side (entrance area) as shown on the photographs that denote the work limits. _ Al' soda blasted surfaces will require McCormick Paint Pertnalok 100% Acrylic Masonry Primer #06451. Two (2) primer coats shall be applied. _ All primed surfaces will require McCormick Paint Permalok High Performance Waterproofing Coating #01324 (color: Floor Trek Light Gray "match"). Two (2) finish coats shall be applied. _ All exterior surface finish coats will be painted in one (1) color: Floor Trek Light Gray. _ Remove and replace two (2) double window headers (CMU lintel), wall is 12"+/~ thick. Assume exterior lintel replacement, if interior lintel needs replaced the Parks Dept, will provide access io interior of PAL. building. Minor interior repairs might be required if interior lintel is replaced. Any repairs completed on the interior shall match existing interior conditions. _ Furnish and install 26-gauge galvalume metal panels and all related trims, color Forest Green along with all related appurtenances as shown. Furnish & install metal flashing above entryway (color Forest Green). Complete CMU joint/crack repair, limits of repair to be determined after soda blasting is completed, The Parks Department will remove all building mounted signs, mailbox and bulletin board prior to construction and re-install after construction is completed. The existing overhead light in the entrance will need removed prior to soda blasting and re-installed after priming and painting are complete. Perform site cleanup, return all disturbed areas to original condition or better.
