The City of Hagerstown is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to remove and replace the existing drop ceiling tiles on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Hagerstown Police Department Building, located at 50 N. Burhans Blvd., Hagerstown, Maryland. The project will also include selective replacement and painting of the existing ceiling grid, and the upgrade of existing fluorescent lighting to LED drop ceiling panels with dimmer switches. Specifications and instructions can be found via electronic format on the City of Hagerstown's website at online. Prospective vendors are responsible for making copies as required to satisfy their needs. The City is the sole entity authorized to provide this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") package to interested companies or individuals. Firms who are working with an ITB package from another source may have an incomplete set of documents. The City assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, or misinterpretation resulting from a company's use of an incomplete ITB package. Addendums will be posted to the City's website. Check the webpage for the particular proposal solicitation for any posted addendum(s).
