It is the Contractor's sole responsibility to verify the authenticity of all documents associated with this project. The Contractor will be liable for any losses, damages, costs, and/or expenses incurred by operating from plans or documents that are not obtained directly from the City of Myrtle Beach. Bonds: Bids for a service only that is $25,000.00 or greater must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total dollar amount of the bid submitted, payable to the City of Myrtle Beach. No other forms of security will be accepted. No bids will be accepted unless submitted on the forms furnished herein. All measurements listed are approximate. Contractor is responsible for project measurements and for ensuring work area is clean and safe at all times throughout the term of this contract. Contractor is responsible for all equipment, materials, supervision, and labor to perform the work required within the specified timeframe of seventy-five (75) calendar days. Contractor must be able to complete all specifications as listed in the Scope of Work without the use of subcontractors; with the exception of the painting requirements where subcontractors may be used subject to City approval. Any other elements of the project requesting to be subcontracted must be approved by the City of Myrtle Beach before the work begins.
