John Day Watershed District Office Improvement Contract is for a public work subject to BOLI wage rates. The following range is a Project estimate for bonding purposes: $4,900,000 - $5,680,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Phase I Work includes, but is not limited to: o John Day Watershed District Office Improvement: Attachments B-1 and C-1. Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to perform the new construction of the John Day Watershed District Office including, but not limited to: 1. Install new road and Right of Way (ROW) for new site access. 2. Complete all new site work. 3. Construct a new office building. 4. If selected, Bid Alternates 1, 2, and 5. For Phase II Work (Bid Alternates 3 and/or 4), Bid Alternates 3 (New Shop Building) and 4 (Paving) are represented in separate specification (Attachment B-2) and plan (Attachment C-2) attachments. If one or both of these Bid Alternates is awarded, these separate documents will apply. Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to construct a new 40 foot x 100 foot pre-engineered metal and wood shop building including, but not limited to: o Bid Alternate 3 1. Site grading as indicated on the drawings as Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife New Shop Building plan set or as needed. 2. Site utilities as indicated on the drawings as Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife New Shop Building plan set or as needed. 3. Installation of complete pre-engineered metal and wood shop building as shown in the drawings. Includes permits, foundation design and construction, formwork, concrete reinforcing, testing, and finishing, erection of the engineered metal and wood shop building, building signage siding, doors and windows, interior framing and finish, insulation, roofing, interior and exterior electrical wiring and fixtures, plumbing, water, storm water and sewer utilities, subbase compaction, and appliances. o Bid Alternate 4 1.
