The scope of work to be done under this contract consists of the furnishing of all materials and the construction, complete in place, for approximately 3,900 linear feet of 6-inch, 8-inch, 12-inch, and 14-inch water distribution mains along Samuel Morse Drive and Mission Road in Howard County, including a new pressure zone division valve, new fire hydrants, new cathodic protection , traffic control, surface restoration, soil erosion and sediment control, and all other miscellaneous appurtenances and incidental items of work as shown on the contract drawings for Contract No. 44-5186. B. The plans and specifications are intended to cover a complete project including all pipeline testing requirements and all necessary equipment, materials, and appurtenances necessary to construct the project. It should be distinctly understood that failure to mention specifically any work that would naturally be required to complete the project shall not relieve the Contractor of his responsibility to perform such work.
