The project scope is for the bidder to furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to accomplish any one or all of the following work: installing flexible porous paving and other items as shown on the proposal form on walking trails, parking lots or other city of flowood owned asphalt surfaces. The unit prices and all work associated with the bids shall be honored by each bidder during the period of for the period of october 13th, 2025 through september 30th 2026. No prospective bidder/contractor may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The intent of bids received by owner is to establish unit prices for anticipated work that may be necessary to repair city owned infrastructure in emergency or certain other situations. Bids will be compared and awarded at the time services are needed on the basis of the required pay items, quantity and unit price for the work that is required and the availability of the bidder. The city of flowood reserves the right to waive any information or irregularities or to reject any or all bids. Event bid date notes : the outside of said envelope shall bear the bidders name, and certificate of responsibility number and shall be addressed to: the honorable mayor and board of alderman, city of flowood, 2101 airport road, flowood, ms 39232; or, 2) electronically at online.
