The scope includes testing, calibration, and inspection of electrical systems serving the Maintenance Yard, Crest Building, Headquarters Building, Water Quality Lab, and other locations as outlined. Work must follow ANSI/NETA MTS-2015, NFPA 70B, and applicable ASTM standards. Testing will occur on two weekends to accommodate facility shutdowns and must be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. Deliverables include a work plan, schedule, test data, and final reports with recommendations on equipment condition. Contractors must hold a valid C-10 license and NETA accreditation.
