McDonald County is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for a Total Roof Replacement of the McDonald County Courthouse, including removal and replacement of all gutters. The project must be substantially completed no later than December 19, 2025, to ensure timely processing and payment within the 2025 fiscal year. Scope of Work The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to: Complete removal of the existing roof system. Installation of new roofing materials, seeking commercial grade with 20+ years lifespan, resistant to UV, punctures, or chemical deterioration. Removal and replacement of all existing gutters and downspouts. Guarantee proper installation of flashing, trim, and waterproofing. Permitting from the City of Pineville will be required prior to beginning reconstruction project. Final inspection and cleanup. Contractor proposes the best option based on site conditions.
