Reference Number 0000398116 The City of Fremont, referred to hereafter as "the City" is inviting proposals from qualified firms interested in performing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for various City projects. This contract will allow the City to expediently develop plans, through the selected consultant, without delay to project schedules. The City currently anticipates awarding an agreement for this Project by approximately December 2025. *. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate proposals are set forth in this RFP.
