RESPONSE TO RFI ATTACHED All offerors are rquired to acknowledge Amendment 0003 on page 2 of the RFQ or provide a signed copy of the amendment (SF30) with their bid submission. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires the replacement of automation, COMM/IFD, and host lighting systems with new LED lighting fixtures at the ZOA CTRB facility. This is a competitive solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and proposals must strictly adhere to the solicitation terms. Any exceptions or additional conditions will render the proposal ineligible. Offerors are responsible for all costs associated with proposal development and submission. The facility is comprised of a main building complex and several detached support facilities. Work covered under this contract is located in the Automation, Comm and HOST areas. The project's major discipline is electrical-related. Basic work components are summarized as follow. Refer to attached drawings for details and locations of works. 1. Remove and dispose of the existing 380 Fluorescent lighting fixtures located in the Automation, COMM/IFD and HOST Areas of the facility. 2. Install 321 new LED Lighting Fixtures as approved by the Site Contacts and COR throughout the Automation, COMM/IFD and HOST Areas of the Facility 3. Test the operation of the new LED Fixtures and ensure the visibility and quality of the new lighting is optimal and acceptable to the Site Contacts and COR.
