Furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all work in connection with Project Number PNQS 25-9165 Repair Roofs 682, 1408, 1409, at Maxwell AFB, Alabama, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all operations in connection with the Buildings 682, 1408, 1409, REPAIR ROOFS to include all areas as indicated on drawings and in strict accordance with these specifications and applicable drawings and subject to terms and conditions of the contract. The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: a. All buildings will be occupied; safety will be priority. b. Bldg. 682, 1408, 1409 Remove existing tile and felt down to the decking. c. Remove any bad decking (Up to 2500SF) and repair any rafters or replace to match existing. d. Install Boral Tile-Seal or equal. e. Install DECRA (Villa Tile ; Rustico Clay ) Stone Coated Steel Roofing System match Maxwell AFB colors. Demolish the existing lightning protection system from concrete tile roof system at attic and convert to medal roofing system. Design and install a new system in accordance with NFPA 780.
